Postcard -- this mural was painted by local artist Robert Dafford. He has painted over 300 murals across the Americas and in Europe. He did the Mississippi River Valley Mural Trail and is credited with the mural depicting “the Arrival of the Acadians in 1765” at the Acadian Memorial in Saint Martinville.
Dwyer's Café, across the street, is probably the only restaurant in Lafayette to have a French table. This business opens its French table on Wednesday mornings from 7:00.
