Heart of village of Lambton

History of Lambton

Lambton is the second largest municipality in Mégantic region.

Both presbytery and the actual church, majestic temple with the look of a cathedral built between 1905 and 1907, stand proudly in the middle of the village.

Take your time and relax on the shore of Grand lac St-François at the municipal park and enjoy the beach and water sports. Camping sites available.

Lambton is also the gateway to the Parc national de Frontenac, a wonderful oasis of water and hills.
