The Company Executive Houses

The Company Executive Houses (1928)

2910, 2920 and 2930 Terrasse Morin Street

Rolland Mill workers built homes for the company’s business executives. The gable roof faces the street. The houses stand higher than the road and are characterized by a porch topped by a pediment, with shutters and moulding around the windows.
It is interesting to see how these houses have been modified over time to suit the occupants.

When the company was operating, the houses were occupied by Joseph Lamoureux, Adélard Valiquette and Charles Toupin.
