Lépine Park

Origin of the name

On the land where Lépine Park is now located, there once stood a farm owned by the Saint-Germain family. They raised Plymouth Rock laying hens there.

In 1962, Yves Lépine, assisted by his brother-in-law Jean-Louis Maurice and notary Alain Voizard, purchased the land from the Saint-Germain brothers. Part of the land was developed into a park. It includes a playground, a soccer field, an ice rink, picnic tables, and a skateboarding area.
