1. Anh Minh Truong
Anh Minh Truong is a fiction filmmaker and director of commercials, music videos, as well as television and web productions. He also works as a video designer for the performing arts and theatre sectors.
2. Guy Jodoin
Born in 1966 in Sherbrooke, Guy Jodoin discovered his passion for the arts at an early age through music before turning to theatre, where he began his career in 1986. An actor, host and director, he became known through television and went on to become one of Quebec’s most beloved hosts, notably as the presenter of Sucré salé, Star Académie and Le tricheur.
3. Bernard Fortin
Born in 1957 in Baie-Comeau, Bernard Fortin spent much of his childhood in Sherbrooke before studying at the Conservatoire d’art dramatique de Montréal. An actor and voice-over artist, he is best known as the Quebec French voice of Tom Hanks, several Star Wars characters, and characters from the Quebec version of The Simpsons. He has also made his mark in television, radio and as a spokesperson for Harvey’s.
4. Maxim Gaudette
Born in 1974 in Sherbrooke, Maxim Gaudette studied at École du Triolet before graduating from the Conservatoire d’art dramatique de Montréal in 1997. He gained public recognition for his role as Éric Pouliot in Virginie and has since built a successful career in film and television. In 2010, his performance in Polytechnique earned him the Jutra and Genie Awards for Best Supporting Actor.
5. France Castel
Born in 1944 in Sherbrooke, France Castel developed a passion for singing during her childhood and released her first successful album in 1972. She later began a career in acting, appearing in numerous television series and films. A versatile artist, she has also worked as a radio and television host and received Genie and Jutra Award nominations for her film roles.
