Built in 1942, this house features elements of the Italian villa style. Its main features are the arched entrance and the various vertical structures, some of which projecting  and are topped with hipped roofs. However, its brick cladding and discreet mouldings characterize it as eclectic in style. Also noteworthy are the mouldings of gray brick on the upper floor.
