Before becoming the café you see today, this building housed a successful shoe shop for almost 90 years. As well as selling and repairing shoes, Leblond’s became the go-to place for a wide range of repairs, from saddlery to bicycles. Known for high-quality work, the shop was always busy as André Leblond, grandson of the original owner, remembers.
