297 Beach

297 Beach

297 Beach was built circa 1889 by the Reford family, who is perhaps best known for their legacy of the Reford Gardens in Grand-Métis. Although the original house built here no longer stands, the impressive building has not been forgotten.

Merne Price recalls when she first arrived in Metis and what it was like spending the summer in the original house.
