O.T.J. and Sports

Outdoor Rink, 1945

In 1945, the municipality realized that leisure had to be part of civic life. An outdoor rink was built between the church and the school... a true attraction center was born.
In 1955, the board granted a group of youth permission to create an association: l’œuvre des Terrains de jeux (playground association).
Sport has always played a significant role from one generation to the next.

He was traded to the Penguins during the 1975-76 season, and only played 39 games with them before playing his last season in the NHL with the Rockies in 1976-77.
