The Fromagerie Domaine de Courval produces biologic goat cheese certified by Ecocert, an organic certification organization, founded in France in 1991. The Master Cheesemaker, Raynald Hébert is a Quebecker while Laurie Goodhart is from the USA. They owned a micro-cheese manufactury in New York State. They moved here in 2005.
