Former Presbytery and Maison des Arts Saint-Faustin

The religious heritage behind art and culture

A popular building

Installed in the former presbytery, which was built in 1894, the street-facing Maison des Arts Saint-Faustin is located next to the church, at the heart of the Mont-Blanc village centre.

Hot property when it first became uninhabited, this coveted location finally became the property, in 1996, of the members of the Groupe d’art de Saint-Faustin. It was in the bag! Painters, sculptors, and artisans could finally meet, equipped with an exhibition and meeting centre.

Exhibits and creations by Quebec artists

Year-round, its exhibitions aim to promote the influence of visual arts and culture. These include the Dada exhibition, which showcases works, each one as astonishing as the next, in addition to an annual competition between professional and amateur artists and artisans.

Your visit would be incomplete without a stop at the gift shop. There, you can find creations entirely made in Quebec from trades such as stained glass, pottery, decorative iron, jewellery, and much more!
