Wildplay Whirlpool Adventure Course

This adventure course at Thompson Point offers 3 circuits of suspended obstacles and ziplines over the Niagara River and its gorges. On each of these circuits, you'll have access to dozens of climbing and obstacle courses.

For the more adventurous, or at least those who are not afraid of heights, take the Extreme Course, a more technical adventure course crowned by a 12-meter jump from the end of a rope to the ground, cushioned all the same...


Whirlpool Aero Car

Further south on the road to Niagara Falls, stop at this centre and climb aboard the historic Whirlpool Aero Car. 

It's a truly magical, antique cable car that carries you above the tumultuous, bubbling, swirling waters of the Niagara River, an exceptional natural phenomenon recognized the world over.

Over 1,000 metres long, this cable car was created at the end of the 19th century for tourist purposes. You'll cross the border between Canada and the USA 4 times, without needing a passport!

A little further south of the Butterfly Conservatory, be sure to visit the Niagara Glen Nature Center, administered by Niagara Parks.

This exceptional natural site offers a magnificent view of the Niagara River. Take a stroll along the marked trails, surrounded by nature and the sound of the tumultuous river.

For climbing enthusiasts, you can also practise your favourite sport on boulders located in the park. This spot is said to be world-renowned, with climbers from all walks of life passing through! Check it out... Find out more on site, as you'll need a permit.
