Rawdon: Over 200 Years of Multicultural History

Proud of its multicultural identity, Rawdon’s population is among the most diverse in Québec. The town is home to the largest Orthodox cemetery in the province! Discover the unique history of Rawdon, a municipality that owes its beginnings to the arrival of Irish, Scottish, English, Loyalists, and French Canadian settlers, followed by Russians, Poles, and Ukrainians, creating an unprecedented cultural mosaic in the region.
